Kate Magoffin
Kate Magoffin is currently an international relations and peace and conflict studies masters student at the University of Queensland. Building on her bachelor degrees in behavioural science (psychology) and justice (criminology and policing) with the Queensland University of Technology. Kate is currently involved with WIIS-A as a research associate. Primarily focusing on communications development and research.

Maria Alejandra Garcia
Maria is a candidate for a Master’s in Communication for Social Change at The University of Queensland, (December 2024). She has a strong passion for contributing to the growth and impact of non-profit organizations, and experience in advertising and digital communication in the US, Colombia and Germany. She has a global perspective, a creative approach, and a dedication to impactful communication, and id committed to making a positive difference in the world. Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fresno Pacific University (2015).

Lannah Luu
As a Criminology student at the University of Melbourne, Lannah is passionate about advancing women's rights and access to justice, drawing on her personal experience as an immigrant. Her internship at WIIS-A aims to contribute to empowerment initiatives in international security, aligning with her academic pursuits.
