Beth Rowan, Executive Director WIIS-Australia
Dr Beth Rowan is a sessional lecturer at the University of Queensland. Her research focuses on US military practices and the laws of war, and on the practice of providing compensation for civilian victims of lawful harm. She is an advisor for the Justice and Accountability Network Australia, and a researcher and International Humanitarian Law community speaker for the Australian Red Cross. She teaches in International Relations, Gender and Peacebuilding, and Public Policy and Governance.
